Norquay Housing Authority

The Norquay Housing Authority has 30 units: 20 semi-detached units and 10 units which are located at Evergreen Manor.

Parkland Manor consists of 10 semi-detached units which are located on Railway Avenue. The other 10 semi-detached units, which are located at 1st Street West and 2nd Ave SW, are called Haven Park Manor. 

Evergreen Manor is located on 1st Ave SW. It is a complex that consists of 10 units, a common laundry area, and common room. The housing units target the senior population so they are able to remain in the community as long as they are able to sustain themselves. All maintenance, grass cutting and snow removal is the responsibility of the Authority.
