Council meetings are generally held once a month on the second Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers at the Norquay Town Office, 25 Main Street, at 6:30 p.m.
Submissions to the Council meeting must be in writing and received at the Town Office no later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.

Being elected to your local council means a big time commitment on your part. It's important not to underestimate the amount of time and dedication required to be an effective member of council, especially if you have a full-time job as well.

Council's main role is to make decisions about the services the municipality provides to its citizens.
