Utility bills in Norquay are issued on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October. The services in the community are not metered and therefore are a flat rate. Currently the basic residential billing for a three-month period is as follows:
Payments can be made at the Town Office during regular office hours. Cash, cheque or debit card and credit cards are accepted.
On-line banking is available for Affinity Credit Union customers. E-transfer is also accepted.
Persons wishing to have water connected must apply in person at the Town Office.
E-billing available: Email norquay.notices@sasktel.net to sign up.
Utility accounts are billed in advance. Accounts shall be paid before the first day of the month following the billing period or will be subject to a 5% penalty. Unpaid accounts, after the next billing date, may result in the service being disconnected. If so, service will not be turned on until all arrears have been paid along with a $50 re-connect fee. The office must have the payment before the last business day of the month to avoid interest.
